A robotic CD handling system with a massive 50 disc capacity and the ability to test, sort, grade and reject CD¹s.

The BT50 is based on a robotic CD handling system with a massive 50 disc capacity. It is controlled by a Windows PC running the StageTech SplitVision ­ Control & Display software and is housing one StageTech EC2 or QA-series tester.

• The BT50 is an affordable, easy to use automated CD Test System with applications in Pre-Mastering, Glass-Mastering, Archiving and Broadcast environments.
• CD´s are checked against the CD Specifications and official international norms. Parameters include TOC and PQ information, Status bits, UPC/EAN and ISRC data, full Error statistics and optional Audio level information.
• Parameters for configuring the grading, OK/warning/failure limits, test cycle and robot setup can all be set in the setup-features of the SplitVision software.
• The BT50 is controlled from a separate Windows based PC running StageTech SplitVision - Control & Display software over the RS-232 serial port. This PC is also communicating over RS-232 with the the tester and is displaying graphs, tables, TOC/ETOC info and Robot system status on a VGA-screen as well as providing high-resolution print-outs.
• The testers used in the StageTech EC2 and QA-series range houses a specially selected optical chassi for maximum repeatability and accuracy. This means that the user will always get the same result in the same tester or in any other EC2. Control of the dedicated hardware is handled by an internal PC. Software and format upgrades are easily accomplished via the built in floppy drive.
